Too much, even for me!

I was messing around with makeup the other day and came up with this messy glittery eye…

…and I was looking at it and thinking, ‘This needs some serious falsies action.’ So I went and rummaged through my box (oooo-er, missus!) and found these bad boys:

kkcentrehcrazylashes

I thought they were suitably ridiculous and I hadn’t used them yet – I was very kindly sent them by kkcenterhk and haven’t found a use for them yet. Naughty me! Anyway, I popped one on…

WHAAAAAA? They’re HUGE! Like…. ridiculously huge!

I have no idea what to wear these with! If you have a good idea of what I can do with these, then please, let me know. I never thought I’d find a pair of falsies that had me stumped, but I have!

Products used: Black from Sleek Bohemian, Wet n Wild Nutty single eyeshadow, Fyrinnae Polar Bear, Maybelline Eyestudio gel liner in Black, Kryolan Glitter Creme in Black, MAC Reflects Black glitter, kkcenterhk FE108 lashes.

  2. How do they even stay up?!?! :|
I'm completely baffled. Completely and utterly... I have no idea what to wear them with. A venetian mask? It's one of the few pairs that would reach beyond the eyeholes, I suppose? XD

  3. OMG, I actually kind of love this! Looks like clubbing night to me. :D Of course if you dance too much you may end up with a falsey in your eye. O.o

  4. @Kat: They're cool, huh? They do tickle your eyebrows when you look up!

@Eplefe: LOL! I guess they would work with a mask! They're actually surprisingly light, though!

@DG: Yes, I guess for fancy clubbing, like a goth/cyber/fet night they would work :D

  5. I think what you've done with them works! I'm guessing they're editorial/makeup shoot type lashes. They're definitely attention getters...

  6. Haaaaaaaaaaaaaa that started amazing and I was like 'how is this too much, it's beautiful'. Yeah, the feather lashes ARE ridiculous and I love it.

But I sincerely prefer it all without these huge lashes...

  9. Oh my god, those lashes look like the legs of tarantulas! I just bought orange feather lashes (much cheaper ones) and I'm struggling to find a use for them. Sometimes bigger isn't better!

  10. I love that glittery smoky eye! It looks so lovely! And as for the lashes... erm... at least you could do the dusting with them I guess. Handy.

  12. It looks like your eyes are about to take flight! I'd say they look pretty neat if your eyes were closed too! Bird-girl. :)xx

  13. I love the eye shadow, I was confused by the title, thinking it's really not too much, then I saw the lashes and understood! They would be brilliant for halloween though, if you were a spider or something? xxx

  14. want them lashes indeed! And that black glitter. black glitter always comes inhandy when you want to pimp up your eyeliner, and people will go like: where is that sparkle coming from? and the mystery will never be solved. only you will know hehe

  18. Holy poop those eyelashes!!! They're super crazy!!! I'd be afraid they'd start to droop or something while I was wearing them!

  19. I really love the look by it's self but when you add the lashes? Omg so awesome. I can't handle those lashes. You could always do an owl look using those lashes haha. Or a bird themed drag look!

  20. with the lashes, your eye looks like a monster :D

    but that's why it's cool!

  21. well you could cut them and leave 3 or 4 for use on the outer corner... then experiment with the left overs as eyebrows, i bet one feather would go the length of your entire eyebrow!!

  22. HOLY BALLS. I dare you to wear those lashes to go buy milk :D

  24. Dood. I don't even know how or when you'd wear those lashes (maybe Hallowe'en?) but I love them nonetheless. I know they'd annoy the shit out of me to wear, but sooooo pretty.

  27. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the placement of the glitter! If I had these huge lashes, I would cover up the old eyebrows and paint on a pair really high over top of where the eyelashes sit for a hardcore dramatic look. Another idea would be to do a mask type of makeup look that extends over your eyebrows.

  28. Ahh those lashes are just so cool! Anything like that would drive me crazy. The look without the lashes is absolutely stunning, I love black glitter.
